Why are you playing music during the calibration portion? Is that actually music being played in your studio (using music to help calibrate)? Or... are you just doing the UA-cam filler music montage thing so we don't have to listen to the digital duck sounds?

I've been using Cakewalk since version 3.0 back in the early 90s. I still use a lot of hardware synths, samplers and drum modules so midi is still an important feature for me. I'm just jumping back into recording after a number of years away from it so channels like yours are perfect for brushing up and learning new features. 👍

Hey @audio sorcerer I purchased this exact system and I’m having one issue. After I’m done analyzing, saving and then quitting; I then go to the arc 4 software and it remains neutral with no data from my analysis. It says my results are not being saved to my device. Can u please help me?

Well it's a broadband compressor, so it obviously can't carve out frequencies. You could use in combination with Surpresser (what I like to do is use 2 surpressers in blue cat patchwork in parallel, so they are not in serial one after the other) as a dynamic EQ, which I often do rather than use it as a de esser, cause nothing beats Pro DS IMO for that task. Or some nice fab filter EQ beforehand with dynamics if needed. This is a cheap Sonnox plugin and is their version of Ren Vox but it takes it a bit further due to the saturation. I think it's worth the money especially at the current 75% discount.

Hello Sorcerer, when i add a song for reference into my session in pro tools, when i want to enable the metronome and set the tempo of the song that i added, it affects the tempo of the track added instead of playing the click track at the tempo assigned it also speed up the song or slow it, how do i fix it?
